Shipping and Returns of ‘Beauty Stuff’ Products

Items are processed within 1-2 business days and sent via tracked delivery.

Customers are entitled to return Products for any reason within 28 days from receiving them. For damaged products the customer must inform Us ( as soon as possible once the item has been delivered and provide photographic evidence where possible.

If the customer fails to collect their order from a collection point, or if the customer address is either incorrect or the address not accessible, the item may be returned to us.

All branded products are 100% original and sourced from the leading European Wholesalers. Any customers that claim against this can return the items in its full original packaging for investigation. Should the item be unsatisfactory we will refund the customer all monies including return costs up to a maximum of £3. If the item which has been returned is fine and as it should be we will inform the customer of our findings and ship it back to you if you desire.

Shipping and Returns of ‘Vape Stuff’ Products

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and sent via tracked delivery. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the name and address details you provide. If for any reason you receive the wrong item then we will work with you to resolve the issue. Simply contact us and we will arrange for the return.

For faulty items we are happy to send replacement items out for you once we have had the faulty item returned to us and we have confirmed that it has a genuine manufacturing fault. Please liaise with us before returning an item as we’ve found that the majority of issues can be attributed to user error or inexperience and rectified without replacing an item.

Shipping and Returns for ‘Health Stuff’ Products

Product orders are processed in 1-2 business days. If you return a Product to us un-opened and in the same condition as when it was sent out to you, a full refund will be given when the goods have been received. Nothing within these provisions shall affect your statutory rights.

In the event of lost mail due to incorrect address details being provided, we will not be able to refund your shipping costs. In addition, you will be liable for any return fees charged to us by the courier (if applicable).

For Faulty items please contact us. If possible we require photographic evidence of the faulty item

Shipping and Returns for ‘Home Stuff’ Products

There are 3 types of delivery for ‘Home Stuff’ products:

Standard delivery: These deliveries are charged at £5.99 currently and despatched with a selection of couriers available to us including DPD, UPS and Parcelforce. At the current time your order will take an estimated 2-3 days to despatch, although we will endeavour to despatch your order as quickly as possible.

Standard+ Delivery: These are charged at £15.00 and is specifically for items which are oversized or fragile which will result in an additional handling charge for us. These will still be delivered with DPD, UPS or Parcelforce.

2 Man Delivery: Certain products require a 2 man delivery service, due to the nature of the product or size of the product. For a delivery of under 0.5 CBM you will be recharged £25, this will rise to £40 (between 0.5 – 0.99 CBM) to £50 (where CBM is more than 1). If you wish to confirm the exact delivery charge, please call us for a quote. All two-man delivery orders will be collected from our warehouse on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday at which point our delivery partner will contact you once it’s arrived at your local depot to arrange a delivery time that works best for you. We are currently experiencing a two week delivery time from time of order. Please ensure that we have contact details so that we can pass this onto the delivery provider.

Unfortunately, we are currently not able to provide automated tracking numbers for your ‘Home Stuff’ orders. We do appreciate this would be an ideal solution and we are working towards having this in place in the future. 

We are only able accept returns on two conditions: Firstly, if the product arrives damaged and is reported within 48 hours or secondly, if we have sent the wrong item.
