Daily portion (1 Capsule):
– Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCI: 2500 mg, of which Glucosamine: 375 mg
– Sulfate: (part of above)
– Chondroitin Sulfate: 100 mg
– Hyaluronic acid: 25 mg
– Boswellia Serrata extract (60% boswellic acid): 50 mg
– Ginger extract (5% gingerols): 50 mg
– Vitamin C: 30 mg (38% %NRV)
– Manganese from amino acid chelate Albion: (mg) (50% %NRV)

INGREDIENTS:
Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCI (55.5%, from crustaceans), Chondroitin Sulfate (11.19%), Hyaluronic acid (3% sodium hyaluronate), Boswellia Serrata extract (5.5%, Boswellia serrata Roxb. Colebr., 60% boswellic acid), Ginger extract (5.5%, Zingiber officinale L., 5% gingerols), Ascorbic acid/Vitamin C (3.4%), Manganese bisglycinate (0.8%, manganese amino acid chelate Albion), Bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, Anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, Capsule shell (gelatine, colour: E171)

RECOMMENDED USE:
Take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily. Use for 2-3 months, then after a 1-2 month break, repeat if needed.
