Ingredients	Beef Protein Blend 77% (hydrolysed protein, L-Glutamine, L-Arginine), fat-reduced cocoa powder, flavour enhancer: glycine and its sodium salt; flavourings, maltodextrin, emulsifier: lecithins ( soy ); thickeners: cellulose gum, carrageenan; creamer ( coconut fat, maltodextrin, vegetable protein, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), salt, sweetener: sucralose. Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, soy, gluten, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods.
Recommended Use	Mix 1 serving powder (30 g = 1 level scoop = 2 heaped tablespoons) with 250 ml water in a shaker bottle. On training days, take a minimum of 2 servings, 1 serving within 45 minutes after training and the other serving between meals. On resting days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening. Recommended daily portion: 2 level scoops (60g).
