Chromium (from Chromium Chelavite): 300 μg, 750% %NRV
LipoSan ULTRA Chitosan: 1500 mg

**Allergen Information:**
Contains shellfish (shrimp). Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
**Recommended Use:**
Take 3 capsules immediately before the 2 main meals of the day. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day. Take in conjunction with sensible diet and exercise program. Take at least 2 hours before or after fat-soluble vitamins (A, E, K) or medications.
