Food Supplement with Electrolytes and Vitamin C Effervescent Tablets

Daily portion (1 tablet):
– Vitamin C: 40 mg, 50% NRV
– Potassium: 100 mg, 5% NRV
– Calcium: 15 mg, 2% NRV
– Magnesium: 25 mg, 7% NRV
– Sodium: 270 mg, %NRV not established

INGREDIENTS: Vitamin C (as L-Ascorbic Acid), Potassium Citrate, Calcium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Sorbitol, Polythene Glycol, Sucralose, Beetroot Red, Riboflavin, Natural Flavourings, Acacia Gum

RECOMMENDED USE: Add one tablet (4g) to 200ml of water and let it dissolve. Once prepared consume within 24 hours.

This imbalance in electrolytes, combined with a loss of fluid, causes detrimental physiological effects that impact performance and your ability to recover adequately – increase in core temperatures, reduction in nutrient absorption, increase in heart rate, increased carbohydrate depletion and an increase in muscle loss along with a sharp decline in performance are the typical side effects that can be avoided.
