 Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), stearic acid (vegetable source) and croscarmellose sodium.

No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.

Recommended use:
 Adults take 1 tablet 1-2 times a day, preferably on an empty stomach or after a workout, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
