Ingredients:
 Vitamin E (as d-alpha Tocopheryl Succinate), Riboflavin, Selenium (as Methylselenocysteine), Glucoraphanin (from 75 mg of Broccoli Seed Extract) (Brassica oleracea italica)

Other ingredients:
 Microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (bovine gelatin), calcium phosphate, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.

No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.

Recommended use:
 Adults take 1 capsule once a day or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

 The total amount of selenium supplemented from all sources should not exceed 400 mcg/day, the daily tolerable upper intake level.
