Other ingredients:
 Safflower oil, softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water), mixed tocopherols (antioxidant)(sunflower oil), olive oil and rosemary extract (antioxidant).

No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.

Recommended use:
 Adults take 1 softgel once a day, preferably with a fat-containing meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
