Each vegetarian capsule in this 120-capsule pack delivers 500mg of free-form L-Glutamine, one of the most abundant amino acids found naturally in the body. L-Glutamine plays a notable role as a nitrogen transporter, contributing to the maintenance of nitrogen balance — a factor that many athletes and regular gym users pay close attention to as part of their training nutrition.
The free-form version means the amino acid is presented in its purest state, without being bound to other compounds. Encapsulated in vegetarian-friendly vcaps, the format suits those who prefer a straightforward capsule supplement over powders or drinks.
With 120 capsules per pack and 500mg per capsule, this product is well suited to strength trainers, endurance athletes, and anyone following a high-intensity exercise programme who wants to keep their amino acid intake consistent. The unflavoured capsule format makes it easy to pair with other supplements as part of a broader nutrition stack.
