 Vitamin C, Iron, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12

Other ingredients:
 Filling agent: cellulose, starch, iron (II) diglycinate, capsule shell (gelatine), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), filling agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, glazing agent: shellac, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Recommended use:
 Take a serving of the product (1 capsule) once per day, preferably during or after a meal, wash down with water. Do not exceed 1 serving per day (1 capsule).
