 Magnesium Citrate (of which Magnesium), Vitamin B6

Other ingredients:
 Magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium citrate), capsule shell: gelatin, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Recommended use:
 Take 1 capsule two times per day, wash down 250ml of water.
