Recommended use:
 Internally: Adult intake: Stir one heaped teaspoon in a glass of water before or after food twice a day. Externally: Zeolite and Activated Charcoal works well synergistically when mixed with Organic Coconut Oil for use as face and body mask. Can also be combined with water.
