Twenty 60g energy gels from Applied Nutrition’s ABE All Black Everything range, packaged individually for use around training sessions. Each gel contains citrulline malate 2:1, creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, caffeine, and taurine alongside vitamins B3, B12, and C, plus magnesium — ingredients well recognised in the sports nutrition world and commonly found in pre-workout formulations.
The gel format means there’s nothing to mix or measure before heading to the gym. Tear, squeeze, and go — each 60g sachet delivers a precisely portioned serve without the need for shakers or water, making this box of 20 a solid choice for athletes who prefer to keep their kit minimal.
ABE has built a strong following among weight trainers and high-intensity athletes who want a straightforward, no-powder alternative to pre-workout drinks. With 20 individually wrapped gels per box, the format suits those who train frequently and want consistent preparation ahead of each session.
