Calm Magnesium Powder in Watermelon flavour is a 227 g tub of ionic magnesium citrate powder that dissolves in water to create a lightly flavoured drink. Each 4 g serving (2 teaspoons) provides 290 mg of magnesium, and the powder converts to ionic magnesium citrate once mixed with liquid, making it straightforward to prepare at home or at a desk.
Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in hundreds of bodily processes, and many people fall short of adequate daily intake through diet alone. This powder format offers an alternative to tablets or capsules for those who prefer a drink, and the watermelon flavour makes it a pleasant way to top up daily magnesium levels.
The product is well suited to active individuals, those following a plant-based diet, and anyone who finds swallowing capsules inconvenient. With 227 g per tub, it works as a regular addition to a morning or evening routine for people who prioritise consistent micronutrient intake.
