EPA Xtra Fish Oil delivers 1640 mg of total omega-3s per serving, with a notably high EPA content of 1060 mg and 260 mg of DHA per two-softgel dose. Sourced entirely from wild sardines and anchovies, this is a high-potency concentrate aimed at those who want a meaningful amount of EPA from their daily fish oil supplement.
Each pack contains 60 softgels and carries a fresh lemon flavour, making it a more pleasant experience than unflavoured alternatives. The natural lemon taste keeps things clean on the palate, and the softgel format is straightforward to take alongside meals.
EPA Xtra suits athletes, active adults, and anyone seeking a serious omega-3 supplement with an emphasis on EPA rather than a standard balanced ratio. With its wild-caught sourcing and concentrated formula, this is a well-considered option for those who place quality of raw materials at the top of their criteria when choosing a fish oil.
