Swanson Evening Primrose Oil, 500mg – 100 softgels

Evening Primrose Oil from Swanson comes in a pack of 100 x 500mg softgels, each made using the brand’s own OmegaTru EPO. Every softgel delivers 50mg of gamma linolenic acid (GLA), an omega-6 essential fatty acid derived from the seeds of the evening primrose plant. The softgel format makes them easy to swallow and helps protect the oil from oxidation.

GLA is relatively rare in everyday diets, making evening primrose oil a widely used supplement among women looking to incorporate this particular fatty acid into their routine. The product is manufactured by Swanson, a long-established American supplement brand with a reputation for consistent quality and straightforward formulations.

With 100 softgels per pack, this is a solid everyday option for women seeking a reliable source of GLA in a simple, unflavoured capsule format.
