Fos-A-Dophilus from Nutrition Brand is a probiotic supplement in vegetable capsule form, supplied as 120 vcaps. Each capsule provides a culture of four billion live bacteria (live viable dehydrated bacteria).

The blend contains the native live bacteria strains Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium longum and Lactobacillus acidophilus.

The capsules use GUARD technology. In the stomach, a gel barrier forms around the contents. Once the capsule reaches the intestines, the gel dissipates and the bacteria are released in a controlled way.
