Cytoplan Fos-A-Dophilus Probiotic – 60 vcaps

Fos-A-Dophilus is a probiotic supplement presented in vegetarian capsule form, containing six live bacterial strains: Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium infantis, and Bifidobacterium longum. Each capsule delivers four billion live viable dehydrated bacteria, with the blend selected to provide activity across both the small intestine and the colon. The formula is notably high in Bifidobacteria, making it a particularly well-considered choice for adults over 40.

The capsules incorporate GUARD technology, a patented delivery system in which a gel barrier forms around the capsule contents upon reaching the stomach. This gel later dissipates in the intestines, allowing a controlled release of the bacterial strains at their intended site. The strains themselves are naturally fermented and stable at room temperature, so refrigeration is not required.

This pack contains 60 vcaps. The capsule format travels well and requires no special storage conditions, which suits those who want a straightforward probiotic to keep at home or take away with them.
