Light & Tight is a capsule-format digestive cleanse supplement developed by 19x Olympia-winning coach Hany “the Pro Creator” Rambod. Each pack contains 28 capsules, with a recommended serving of 2 capsules per day, giving 14 servings per pack. The formula is built around a blend of botanical extracts and a patented prebiotic compound, making it a considered choice for those who take their physique preparation seriously.
The Clean & Detox Matrix (800 mg per serving) draws on a combination of burdock root extract, aloe vera juice powder, peppermint, senna leaf extract, fennel seed extract, and cascara sagrada bark extract. Alongside this, the formula includes 210 mg of magnesium citrate and 15 mg of PreforPro — a patented prebiotic blend comprising LH01 Myoviridae, LL5, and Siphoviridae strains — to help support a balanced gut environment.
Light & Tight is particularly well suited to those in dedicated contest prep or body composition phases who want a structured approach to digestive wellness as part of their overall routine. The capsule format keeps things simple, whether taken at home or around a training schedule.
