NOW Foods Lutein, 10mg – 60 softgels

Lutein is a naturally occurring carotenoid pigment found in colourful fruits and vegetables, and this softgel supplement delivers 10 mg of free lutein per serving, derived from marigold flower extract (Tagetes erecta). Each pack contains 60 softgels, making it a straightforward addition to any daily supplement routine for those looking to include this well-known carotenoid in their diet.

Lutein is one of the pigments naturally concentrated in the macula of the eye, and it is also known to be deposited in the skin. As a fat-soluble nutrient, the softgel format is a practical delivery form, as the oil-based capsule may support the body’s ability to absorb fat-soluble compounds alongside a meal.

Naturally sourced and presented in an easy-to-swallow softgel, this product suits those who prefer to complement a varied diet with a targeted carotenoid supplement — whether that’s active individuals, those who spend a great deal of time outdoors, or anyone who simply wants to keep their nutritional bases covered.
