Lutein & Zeaxanthin from Now Foods comes in a 60-softgel pack, with each softgel delivering 25 mg of lutein and 5 mg of zeaxanthin sourced from marigold flower extract (Tagetes erecta) using the branded Lutemax 2020 ingredient. Both are naturally occurring carotenoid pigments found in a range of vegetables and are well established in the world of nutritional supplementation.
The softgel format makes these straightforward to take and is a good choice for those who prefer an alternative to capsules or tablets. The formulation uses a single softgel as the daily serving, keeping things simple for anyone looking to add a carotenoid supplement to their existing routine.
This product is well suited to those who spend long hours in front of screens, people interested in eye-focused nutrition, and anyone following a broader supplement regimen that they wish to complement with targeted carotenoid support. With 60 softgels per pack, the supply is generous enough to make this a lasting addition to the supplement shelf.
