NOW Foods Magnesium Glycinate with BioPerine – 180 vcaps

Magnesium Glycinate with BioPerine comes in a 180 vegetarian capsule format, making it one of the more generously sized magnesium supplements available. Each two-capsule serving delivers 200 mg of elemental magnesium sourced from Albion’s magnesium bisglycinate — a chelated form in which magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine. The formula also includes 2.50 mg of BioPerine, a standardised black pepper fruit extract containing a minimum of 96% piperine, which is commonly added to supplements to aid the absorption of other nutrients.

Magnesium is an essential mineral naturally present in many foods, and magnesium bisglycinate is widely regarded as a well-tolerated form. The addition of Albion’s chelated mineral technology and the BioPerine extract reflects a considered approach to formulation quality. Each serving contributes 53% of the nutrient reference value for magnesium.

These vcaps are suitable for those following a vegetarian diet and will appeal to anyone looking to top up their magnesium intake through a quality supplement rather than a basic oxide or citrate form.
