Natural Calm from Natural Vitality is a magnesium powder supplement in orange flavour, presented in a 226 g tub. The powder is formulated as magnesium citrate — created when the magnesium carbonate base reacts with citric acid in water — and dissolves readily to make a lightly flavoured drink that can be enjoyed either hot or cold. Each recommended daily serving of 2 teaspoons (4 g) delivers 325 mg of magnesium, providing 87% of the nutrient reference value.
Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in a broad range of normal bodily processes, including muscle and nerve function and the maintenance of bones. Natural Vitality has been producing this supplement since 1982, and Natural Calm remains one of the brand’s most established products.
The powder format makes it straightforward to prepare at home or at the office — simply stir into water and adjust the temperature to preference. It suits those who prefer a drinkable supplement over tablets or capsules, including active individuals and anyone looking to increase their daily magnesium intake through an easy-to-mix beverage.
