Natural Calm Plus Calcium from Natural Calm is a raspberry lemon flavoured magnesium and calcium powder presented in a 453 g tub. Each 7.5 g serving delivers magnesium citrate alongside calcium gluconate, with vitamin C, vitamin D3, potassium citrate, and boron citrate rounding out the mineral profile. The powder is designed to dissolve readily in water, producing a lightly effervescent drink with a fruity raspberry lemon taste.
Magnesium citrate and calcium gluconate are both regarded as highly soluble forms of their respective minerals, making this a considered choice for those who prefer their supplementation in a drink format rather than tablets or capsules. The addition of vitamin D3 and vitamin C complements the mineral content, while potassium and boron complete the formulation.
The 453 g tub suits athletes, regular gym-goers, and anyone who trains consistently and wants a multi-mineral powder they can mix into a daily drink. The raspberry lemon flavour is refreshing enough to make the ritual genuinely enjoyable rather than purely functional.
