Nutrex EAA + Hydration, Blueberry Lemonade – 390 grams

EAA+ HYDRATION is a true standout in both the essential amino acid (EAA) and branched chain amino acid (BCAA) categories. It supercharges your body with a fully effective amount of all EAAs including BCAAs needed to increase muscle protein synthesis. Each serving delivers 8g of EAAs. It’s important to regularly consume these amino acids in ample amounts through a proper diet or supplementation as the body can’t produce them on his own and muscles can’t grow without them.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND EAA+ HYDRATION

Essential Amino Acids are carbon-based compounds that come together to form proteins. Amino acids are basically the building blocks of protein. One of the main functions of amino acids are to repair and grow muscle tissue. Essential amino acids are not produced by the body like many other amino acids and therefore must be consumed in your daily diet to ensure the body receives the adequate amount to function properly.

Supplementing with Essential Amino Acids has been shown through clinical research to be more effective than consuming whole protein or any other combination of amino acids on muscle protein synthesis (muscle growth). While data suggests BCAAs are effective at supporting muscle repair and growth, it is EAAs that show significantly greater increases in muscle protein synthesis.

In fact, whole protein sources, like whey or casein, were proven less effective than EAAs when taken around training time at enhancing muscle amino acid uptake and improving muscle protein balance. For instance, as little as 12 grams of EAAs were shown to be TWICE as effective at increasing muscle protein synthesis than 20 grams of either whey protein or casein protein around training. This is why EAA +HYDRATION is your ideal training partner to help stimulate and optimize muscle growth along with full body recovery.
