Osavi Omega-3 Fish Oil comes in 1000 mg softgel capsules, with 120 capsules per bottle. The oil is sourced from pelagic fish — primarily anchovies — caught through sustainable fishing practices certified by Friend of the Sea. It undergoes molecular distillation to produce a highly purified concentrate, and is manufactured in line with the GOED (Global Organisation for EPA and DHA Omega-3s) monograph. The formula is free from sugar, gluten, lactose, soy, and GMOs, and the bottle is made from recyclable rPET or PET material.

Each capsule delivers 1000 mg of concentrated fish oil, with a recommended daily serving of two capsules providing a minimum of 700 mg of omega-3 fatty acids — including at least 360 mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 240 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).
