ABE All Black Everything Pre-Workout Gels come in a Candy Ice Blast flavour and are supplied as a box of 20 individual 60g sachets. Each ready-to-consume gel format means there’s no mixing required — simply squeeze and go before training, making it a genuinely different take on the pre-workout category.
Each 60g sachet contains a blend of well-recognised training ingredients: 4g Citrulline Malate 2:1, 3g Creatine Monohydrate, 2000mg Beta-Alanine, 200mg Caffeine, and 200mg Taurine, alongside Vitamin B3 (80mg), Vitamin B12 (100µg), Vitamin C (7mg), and Magnesium (118mg).
The gel format appeals to athletes and gym-goers who prefer not to rely on shakes before a session — particularly those training at locations where preparing a drink isn’t practical. ABE is a well-established name in the UK sports nutrition market, and this Candy Ice Blast variant offers a sweet, refreshing taste that carries well in the gel texture.
