Applied Nutrition ABE Shot, Energy – 12 x 60 ml.

ABE Shot is a ready-to-drink pre-workout liquid from Applied Nutrition, presented in individual 60 ml bottles and sold here as a pack of 12. Each bottle delivers 3000 mg of beta-alanine, 1000 mg of citrulline malate, 200 mg of caffeine, and 200 mg of taurine, alongside niacin (vitamin B3) and vitamin B12.

The shot format means there’s nothing to mix or measure — simply drink one bottle before training. At 60 ml per serving, it’s compact enough to slip into a gym bag without taking up much space, and the liquid base means the ingredients are ready to go the moment you open it.

With 12 individually sealed bottles per pack, this is well suited to athletes and regular gym users who want a consistent pre-session routine without the faff of scooping powder. Applied Nutrition is a well-regarded UK sports nutrition brand, and the ABE range is one of their flagship pre-workout lines.
