NOW Foods Astaxanthin Extra Strength, 10mg – 60 softgels

Astaxanthin Extra Strength from NOW Foods comes in a pack of 60 softgels, each delivering 10 mg of natural astaxanthin sourced from Haematococcus pluvialis extract — one of the richest plant-based sources of this red-pigmented carotenoid. The formula features Zanthin®, a branded astaxanthin ingredient recognised for its quality and purity standards. NOW Foods is a well-established American supplement brand with a long-standing reputation for rigorous manufacturing practices.

Astaxanthin belongs to the carotenoid family, the same group of naturally occurring pigments responsible for the colour of salmon, krill, and certain algae. The softgel format makes each serving easy to swallow and supports good absorption of this fat-soluble nutrient.

These softgels are well suited to those who prefer a higher-strength astaxanthin supplement in a straightforward, single-ingredient format — including people following active lifestyles, those eating a diet rich in whole foods, or anyone looking to add a carotenoid supplement to their existing nutrition routine.
