BCAA + Glutamine XPress from XPress is an amino acid supplement in Long Island Ice Tea flavour, supplied in a 300 gram pack. It combines branched-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine) with glutamine, all in free form.

• 5 grams of BCAA per serving, in a 2:1:1 ratio
• 5 grams of glutamine per serving
• Fortified with taurine
• Sugar-free
• Gluten-free

The formula uses BCAA and glutamine in a 1:1 ratio, so each serving gives the same amount of each. It can be taken during or after training and does not replace a balanced meal.
