Caprylic acid is a medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) — a type of fatty acid metabolised differently to long-chain fats. This softgel supplement from Now Foods delivers 600mg of caprylic acid per softgel, with each two-softgel serving providing 1,200mg sourced from medium-chain triglycerides. The pack contains 60 softgels in total.
MCTs have attracted attention from athletes and active individuals for the way the body processes them, and caprylic acid is frequently taken alongside other dietary supplements as part of a broader nutrition routine. The softgel format makes each serving straightforward to take and requires no mixing or preparation.
Suitable for those following a sports nutrition regime or looking to include MCTs in their diet, this product is manufactured by Now Foods, a well-established brand known for consistent quality standards across its supplement range.
