Casein 100 in Vanilla flavour is a micellar casein protein powder, supplied in a 600 g pack. It contains 100% micellar casein, the form of casein that occurs naturally in milk.

The micellar casein is isolated from milk by a multistage physical filtration process using microporous membranes, rather than by chemical methods. The amino acids BCAA and L-glutamine are named among its ingredients.

Mixed with water, the powder thickens into a creamy, pudding-like texture. It can be taken at any time of day, including last thing at night, or when you cannot sit down to a full meal.
