Each gummy in this children’s supplement delivers 600 mg of total omega-3s, including 355 mg of DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) and 145 mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid), sourced from fish oil. The pack contains 30 gummies, with one gummy representing a daily serving.
Flavoured with tropical punch and containing zero sugar, these gummies are free from artificial colours, flavourings, and preservatives — making them a straightforward daily supplement for children aged 2 and above who may not take to capsules or liquids.
DHA and EPA are long-chain omega-3 fatty acids commonly included in children’s nutritional supplements. The gummy format means they’re generally well received by younger children, removing the usual challenge of getting kids to take their daily supplement.
