These vegetarian gummy chews deliver 250mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) per gummy in a passion fruit lemon flavour that children are likely to enjoy. The DHA is sourced from algae rather than fish, making this a suitable option for families following a vegetarian or plant-based diet. Each pack contains 30 gummies, with one gummy constituting a daily serving.
DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid naturally found in the brain, and this algae-derived form is presented in triglyceride form (rTG) for straightforward daily use. The gummy format means there are no capsules or powders to contend with — children aged 3 and above can simply chew one as part of their morning routine.
For parents looking to include a vegetarian omega-3 supplement in their child’s diet without relying on fish-based sources, these passion fruit lemon chews offer a fuss-free format that sidesteps the typical challenges of getting children to take supplements willingly.
