CLA
It is a conjugated linoleic acid, an organic chemical compound from the group of unsaturated omega-6 fatty acids. In the body, linoleic acid is metabolised into a number of substances that are essential for the proper functioning of metabolism. Conjugated linoleic acid has a wide range of health-promoting effects.
L-CARNITINE
It is a vitamin-like substance with a physiologically important role, occurring naturally in foods of animal origin and synthesised in the human body from the amino acids lysine and methionine. It is mainly present in muscle tissue and in the heart, as well as in nerve tissue. During physical activity, the body first uses energy from the body’s fat reserves. L-carnitine is involved in fat metabolism and acts as a kind of transporter for long-chain fatty acids to the mitochondria in the cells, where they are burned and energy is produced.
GREEN TEA EXTRACT (4:1)
It contains polyphenols, including catechins, where EGCG, or epigallocatechin gallate, is considered the most important compound. EGCG is a powerful antioxidant, 100 times more powerful than vitamin C and 25 times more powerful than vitamin E.

| Recommended Use | Take 1 capsule a day with 250 ml of water, preferably before physical activity. Do not take on an empty stomach. |
| Warnings | Dietary supplement. Product intended for people over 18 years of age. Do not take if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of EGCG. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 18 years of age. Do not consume if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the product's ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 10 g of linoleic acid (LA). Always close the packaging after use. Store in a cool, dry place. |
