Applied Nutrition’s Cream of Rice is a finely milled carbohydrate powder made from rice, available here in a 2000 g tub with 67 servings in Golden Syrup flavour. Each 30 g serving provides 26 g of carbohydrate and 105 kcal, with very low fat and sugar content. The powder mixes smoothly into a warm porridge-style meal that’s gentle on the stomach and notably easy to digest.
Golden Syrup lends a warm, subtly sweet flavour that makes this a genuinely enjoyable alternative to standard oats or rice-based meals. The formula is suitable for those following a vegan diet, and the low-sugar profile means the flavour comes without a heavy sweetness.
With 87 g of carbohydrate per 100 g, this is a carb-forward option well suited to athletes and active individuals who want a straightforward, easily prepared source of complex carbohydrates around training. The 2 kg tub offers strong value across 67 servings.
