OstroVit Creatine Monohydrate, Mango – 300 grams

Creatine Monohydrate in Mango flavour is a powder supplement supplying 2,600 mg of creatine monohydrate per 3 g serving. The 300 g tub contains 100 servings and is free from added sugar, using low-energy sweeteners in place of it. Creatine monohydrate is the most widely used form of creatine among athletes — a compound that occurs naturally in the body and is also found in meat, fish, and eggs. The monohydrate form combines a creatine molecule with a water molecule, giving it excellent solubility.

The powder format makes it easy to mix into water, juice, or a shake, and the mango flavour gives it a pleasant taste that holds up well even in plain water. Each serving is a modest 3 g, so the tub goes a long way without taking up excessive shelf space.

This product is well suited to strength and power athletes, those following high-intensity training programmes, and anyone who prefers a flavoured powder over unflavoured creatine or capsule formats.
