Critical Oats Protein Porridge in Golden Syrup flavour comes in a substantial 3000 g tub, making it a well-stocked choice for athletes and active individuals who want a protein-rich hot breakfast or snack as part of their training routine. The formula combines 100% wholegrain oats with ISO-XP whey protein isolate and MCT powder, delivering a blend of carbohydrates, protein, and fats in each 60 g serving.
Per 100 g, the porridge provides 38 g of protein, 38 g of carbohydrate, and 13 g of fibre, with sweeteners used in place of added sugar — keeping the sugar content notably low at 2.30 g per 100 g. The golden syrup flavour offers a familiar, warming taste without an overly sweet finish, and it prepares quickly with hot water or milk.
The product carries a Tested for Athletes certification, meaning it has been screened for substances prohibited in competitive sport. This makes it a considered option for those who compete at any level and want reassurance about what goes into their supplement stack.
