Critical Whey in Vanilla Ice Cream is a 900 g protein powder built around a triple-source whey blend — concentrate, isolate, and hydrolysate — each processed using distinct methods to bring different characteristics to the formula. Whey protein concentrate is produced via ultra-filtration and carries a naturally high BCAA content, whilst the isolate is refined through cross-flow micro-filtration. The hydrolysate component is enzymatically broken down into peptides, making it the most rapidly absorbed of the three.
Each 30 g serving (2 scoops) delivers 21 g of protein alongside just 1.5 g of fat and 2 g of carbohydrate, keeping the macronutrient profile lean. The Vanilla Ice Cream flavour is designed to mix into a smooth, dessert-style shake that doesn’t taste like a compromise — a consideration that matters when it’s part of a daily training routine.
The 900 g tub is well suited to weightlifters, strength athletes, and anyone prioritising protein intake around their training sessions. It’s a straightforward, quality-focused powder from a brand that takes its formulation seriously.
