Daily Omega Kids is a liquid fish oil supplement formulated for children, presented in a 250 ml bottle with a natural lemon flavour that makes it far more palatable than unflavoured alternatives. The oil is produced in Norway from wild pelagic fish — primarily anchovies — sourced through sustainable fishing practices, and is certified by Friend of the Sea. It is free from preservatives, colourants, and GMO ingredients.
Each serving delivers 800 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including a minimum of 350 mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 300 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), in the natural triglyceride form, which the body recognises readily. The product is manufactured to the standards of the GOED monograph — the globally recognised quality benchmark for EPA and DHA omega-3 oils — ensuring a highly purified result.
Daily Omega Kids is well suited to families looking to include omega-3 fatty acids in a child’s diet, particularly where fish is not regularly eaten. The lemon flavour keeps things pleasant, and the flat-profile bottle is easy to store in a kitchen cupboard or fridge.
