Osavi Glycine, 1000mg – 120 vegan caps

Each capsule in this 120-count bottle delivers 1000 mg of L-glycine — the smallest of the amino acids and one naturally produced by the body. Glycine is a key building block in protein synthesis, notably playing a role in collagen formation, and it also functions as a neurotransmitter within the nervous system. The formula is free from sugar, gluten, lactose, soy, and GMOs, and the capsule shell is entirely plant-based, making it suitable for vegans and vegetarians alike.

One notable characteristic of glycine is its naturally sweet taste, so those who prefer not to swallow capsules can simply open them and stir the powder into water — there’s no bitterness to contend with. The clean-label formulation contains no unnecessary fillers or additives, keeping things straightforward for anyone who prefers to know exactly what they’re taking.

Glycine in this format appeals to those focused on collagen-supporting nutrition, people following plant-based diets who want to ensure adequate amino acid intake, and anyone who values a single-ingredient supplement with minimal processing. The packaging is made from rPET or standard PET — both fully recyclable — as part of an ongoing commitment to more responsible materials.
