Osavi Iodine Oral Spray, 150mcg (Cherry) – 25 ml.

This cherry-flavoured oral spray delivers 150 mcg of iodine per serving in the form of potassium iodide, presented in a compact 25 ml bottle. Sweetened with xylitol rather than sugar, it carries a pleasant natural cherry taste and is free from gluten, lactose, soy, and GMOs — making it suitable for vegetarians and vegans alike.

Each single daily press of the pump provides your full 150 mcg dose without the need for water, mixing, or swallowing capsules, which makes the spray format particularly well suited to anyone who finds tablets difficult. Iodine contributes to normal cognitive function, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, the maintenance of normal skin, and the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function. To prime the bottle on first use, press the pump 3–4 times before your initial dose, then give it a shake before each subsequent application.

Compact enough to slip into a bag or desk drawer, the 25 ml bottle offers a four-month supply from one purchase. If you are looking to top up your iodine intake in a straightforward, tablet-free format with a genuinely enjoyable flavour, this spray is a smart and practical option.
