Liquid Multi in Wild Berry is a liquid multivitamin formula available in a 473 ml bottle, formulated without iron and sweetened with xylitol rather than sugar. Brown rice protein is used as a stabilising agent throughout the formula, alongside a broad spectrum of vitamins and phytonutrients. Key nutrients include Vitamins A (as both retinyl palmitate and beta-carotene), C, D, E, and a full B-complex range covering B1, B2, B3, and B6, among others.
Each serving is one tablespoon (15 ml), making the 473 ml bottle straightforward to measure out day after day. The wild berry flavour gives it a pleasant taste that works well taken neat or stirred into a small amount of water or juice. The liquid format means there are no tablets or capsules to swallow, which appeals to those who prefer to take their supplements in drink form.
This iron-free version suits those who follow their own supplementation plan and prefer to manage iron intake separately. It works equally well for active individuals, those following plant-based diets, or anyone who simply wants a wide-ranging liquid multi as part of their everyday nutritional routine.
