Magnesium Flakes – 250 grams

BetterYou Magnesium Flakes are a transdermal magnesium supplement in flake form, designed to be dissolved in a bath or footbath. The sole ingredient is Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate Flakes at a 47% MgCl2 concentration, sourced from the Zechstein seabed in Northern Holland — a naturally occurring deposit mined from approximately one mile below ground. This origin means the magnesium chloride is free from man-made pollutants and heavy metals, making it a notably pure raw material.

When dissolved in warm water, the flakes create a concentrated magnesium solution. For a footbath, 150g of flakes can be added to around five litres of water; the full 250g pack is sized for a single full bath. The transdermal route means magnesium is absorbed through the skin rather than the digestive system, which suits those who prefer not to use oral supplements.
