OstroVit’s Marine Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid & Vitamin C powder brings together three well-recognised ingredients in a single 500 g tub, flavoured with mango and pineapple. Each 5 g serving delivers 4,600 mg of hydrolysed fish collagen peptides (type I), 40 mg of hyaluronic acid (as sodium hyaluronate), and 80 mg of vitamin C — the latter meeting 100% of the nutrient reference value. The powder format makes it simple to stir into water or a cold drink, and the tropical flavour gives it a pleasant taste without being overpowering.
Hydrolysed fish collagen peptides are derived from marine sources and broken down into smaller chains, making them readily taken up by the body. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring polysaccharide found throughout the body, particularly within the skin’s dermal layer and joint fluid. Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is an essential water-soluble nutrient that the body cannot produce independently and must obtain through diet or supplementation.
With 100 servings per tub, this OstroVit formula is well suited to athletes, those who train regularly, and anyone looking to weave a collagen-focused supplement into their everyday diet in an enjoyable way.
