Mega-Mag is a liquid magnesium supplement from Trace Minerals, presented in a 118 ml bottle. Each 4 ml serving delivers 400 mg of magnesium in ionic form, sourced from the brand’s ConcenTrace mineral concentrate. Alongside magnesium, the formula contains chloride, sodium, potassium, sulfate, and boron, all naturally present as co-occurring trace minerals.
The liquid format means the ionic magnesium is ready to use without any mixing or dissolving — it can be added to water, juice, or a shake. The formula is entirely vegan, with no animal-derived ingredients.
Mega-Mag suits those who prefer a liquid mineral supplement over capsules or tablets, including athletes, those following a plant-based diet, and anyone who finds swallowing pills difficult. The concentrated nature of the formula keeps the bottle compact despite the generous serving size.

| Ingredients | Magnesium, Chloride, Sodium, Potassium, Sulfate, Boron, Concentrated seawater from Utah's inland sea, USA. |
| Recommended Use | 1 – 4mL (1 – 4 full droppers) daily with juice or food to mask the highly concentrated mineral flavor. We recommend starting with 1mL and increasing as needed, ideally spread throughout the day. We also recommend taking Mega-Mag with a large glass of fluid. Taking too much magnesium at once may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, simply reduce amount per serving. |
| Warnings | Use this product in conjunction with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as a substitute for such. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN! DON'T EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSAGE! |
