Jarrow Formulas Methyl B-12, 500mcg (Cherry) – 100 vegan chewable tabs

Jarrow Formulas Methyl B-12 delivers vitamin B12 in its methylcobalamin form — a biologically active version of the vitamin that the body can use directly. Each cherry-flavoured chewable tablet provides 500 mcg of methylcobalamin, and with 100 tablets per pack, the supply lasts well for those taking one tablet daily. The chewable format makes these straightforward to take without water, which suits people who prefer to avoid swallowing capsules.

Methylcobalamin is the naturally occurring coenzyme form of B12, and this product is fully vegan-friendly — worth noting for those following a plant-based diet, as B12 is found predominantly in animal-derived foods. Jarrow Formulas is a well-regarded US supplement brand with a long-standing reputation for quality manufacturing standards.

These tablets are particularly well suited to vegans, vegetarians, and anyone looking to top up their B12 intake through a flavoured, chewable format rather than a traditional tablet or capsule. The mild cherry taste makes them a pleasant everyday addition to a morning routine.
