MethylFolate & Methyl-B12 is a vegan capsule supplement supplying three B vitamins in their active, methylated forms: folate as Quatrefolic® (a patented fourth-generation form), vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, and vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P). Each of the 60 capsules delivers 400 µg of folate, 100 µg of B12, and 2.80 mg of B6. The methylated forms are chosen for their high bioavailability compared with standard synthetic equivalents, making this format particularly relevant for those whose bodies have difficulty converting conventional forms of these nutrients.
The formula carries a clean-label profile — free from gluten, lactose, soy, and GMOs — with no unnecessary additives in the capsule. Packaging is made from rPET or standard PET, both fully recyclable, as part of the brand’s environmental commitment.
