Natural Calm is a raspberry-lemon flavoured magnesium powder from Natural Vitality, a brand that has been producing magnesium supplements since 1982. This 227 g pot contains magnesium citrate as its active ingredient, delivered in a fine powder format that dissolves in water to create a lightly flavoured drink. Each 4 g serving provides 325 mg of magnesium, and the resulting drink can be enjoyed either hot or cold.
Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in a wide range of normal bodily functions, and magnesium citrate is a well-regarded form of the mineral. The raspberry-lemon flavour makes this a pleasant alternative to unflavoured mineral supplements, with a taste that works well whether you prefer your drink warm in the evening or chilled.
Natural Calm suits those who prefer a drinkable supplement format over capsules or tablets — including people following active lifestyles, those with a particular interest in magnesium nutrition, and anyone who simply finds powders easier to take than pills. The resealable tub keeps the powder fresh between uses.
