NOW Foods Omega-3 Enteric Coated – 180 softgels

Enteric coated and odour controlled, these omega-3 softgels are designed for those who find standard fish oil capsules harder to stomach. The enteric coating means each softgel passes through the stomach before releasing its contents, which many people find a more comfortable experience. The pack contains 180 softgels, each delivering 1 g of natural fish oil concentrate providing 300 mg of omega-3 fatty acids — comprising 180 mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 120 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).

The fish oil used is molecularly distilled and produced under strict quality control standards, with testing carried out to verify it is free of potentially harmful levels of contaminants including PCBs, dioxins, mercury, and other heavy metals. This level of manufacturing rigour makes it a well-regarded option for those who are particular about the purity of the supplements they use.

Suitable for everyday use, these softgels are a straightforward way for athletes, active individuals, and health-conscious adults alike to include a concentrated source of EPA and DHA as part of a varied diet.
